1 Acceptance of Terms قبول الشروط
By accessing and using the "17 Global Business" platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2 Description of Service وصف الخدمة
We provide a SaaS platform that allows businesses to:
- Connect their WhatsApp Business API numbers officially.
- Manage auto-replies based on keywords.
- Send template messages via Meta's Cloud API.
نحن نقدم منصة SaaS تتيح للشركات:
- ربط أرقام واتساب للأعمال الخاصة بهم بشكل رسمي.
- إدارة الردود التلقائية بناءً على الكلمات المفتاحية.
- إرسال رسائل القوالب عبر Meta Cloud API.
3 Acceptable Use Policy (Anti-Spam) سياسة الاستخدام المقبول (مكافحة البريد العشوائي)
Strict Compliance Required: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (Spam).
- Sending offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
- Using the API to harass users.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination.
مطلوب الامتثال الصارم: أنت توافق على استخدام الخدمة بما يتوافق مع جميع القوانين المعمول بها و سياسة مراسلة واتساب للأعمال.
يُحظر عليك تماماً:
- إرسال رسائل جماعية غير مرغوب فيها (Spam).
- إرسال محتوى مسيء أو غير قانوني أو ضار.
- استخدام API لمضايقة المستخدمين.
سيؤدي انتهاك هذه السياسة إلى إنهاء الحساب فوراً.
4 Meta & WhatsApp Disclaimer إخلاء مسؤولية Meta و WhatsApp
17 Global Business is an independent Tech Provider. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
17 Global Business هو مزود تقني مستقل. نحن لسنا تابعين أو مرتبطين أو مفوضين أو معتمدين أو مرتبطين بأي شكل رسمي بشركة WhatsApp LLC أو Meta Platforms, Inc.
5 Termination إنهاء الخدمة
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
يجوز لنا إنهاء أو تعليق الوصول إلى خدمتنا فوراً، دون إشعار مسبق أو مسؤولية، لأي سبب كان، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر إذا انتهكت الشروط.
